Many neurodivergent individuals go undiagnosed because they’ve learned to “mask” or camouflage their traits. Testing can provide validation of confusing life experiences such as “feeling different”, help identify strengths, as well possibly assist in identifying linked medical conditions. It may also be helpful for learning how to function better in a world not built for you ( sensory regulation, increased pain tolerance) as well as work or school accommodations, if desired.

Its an approach that views neurodivergence ( like Autism and ADHD) as a natural brain variation not a disease to be cured. BTW neurodivergent individuals are waaay less likely to be right hand dominant.
